A Couples Intake Session is an in-depth, facilitated session designed to explore what is really happening in your relationship and to lay the foundation for a personalized coaching or therapy program tailored to your needs as a couple. This session is a deep dive. We take time to look beneath surface issues and recurring conflicts to understand the dynamics, patterns, habits, and unspoken agreements shaping how you relate. Together, we explore your needs, desires, challenges, and intentions... not to fix everything in one session, but to gain clarity about what kind of support will genuinely serve you. This session includes: • an exploration of your relational dynamics and patterns • uncovering underlying themes, needs, and tensions • attention to communication, intimacy, and relational habits • assessment of what kind of support and structure fits best Based on this intake, we design a tailored program or plan that fits your relationship, pace, and goals. You leave with shared clarity about what is going on, a clearer understanding of what your relationship needs right now, and a concrete sense of how to move forward, whether that includes working with us or not.
